Common questions
How much space does the robot need?
A clear, flat path about one metre wide and a level floor. Carpet and tiles are fine. Stairs are not — we need a ramp or lift if the venue floor is raised.
How long does setup take?
About 45 minutes. We ask for venue access at least an hour before guests arrive.
Do you need power at the venue?
The robot runs on battery for the event, but a nearby power point is useful for charging between sessions and for the printer.
Can we put our company logo on it?
Yes. Logo on the screen and on the photo frame is included. A full body wrap on the robot can be arranged with a few days' notice.
Do you travel outside the city?
Yes, across the state and to nearby cities. Outstation events carry a travel and stay charge, quoted upfront.
Can I buy a robot instead of renting?
Yes. We sell units to event companies and photo booth operators, with training and service support. Price on request.
