Everything below is agreed before you pay anything. If something here does not suit your venue, tell us and we will work around it.
What we take care of
- The Selfie Robot is available across Vijayawada, Guntur, Visakhapatnam, Nellore, Hyderabad and Khammam.
- Setup, operation and packing up are handled entirely by our team. You do not need to manage anything on the day.
- Standard booking is 3 hours of guest-facing time. Longer bookings are available and are quoted separately.
- Our team arrives at least one hour before your event starts. Setup takes about 45 minutes, so the robot is ready and tested before your first guest walks in.
- Transport is included within Vijayawada city limits. Other cities carry a travel and stay charge, quoted before you confirm, never added afterwards.
- Suitable for all age groups, from children to elderly guests.
- The final price depends on your venue, the date and how long you book for. Weekend and festival dates are in higher demand.
What we need from you
- Enough clear floor space at the spot you want it, on a level surface. Steps are the one thing that stops us, so tell us early if the area is raised and we will arrange a ramp.
- A power point nearby, and a table if your package includes one. If the venue cannot provide these, let us know in advance.
- Access to the venue one hour before your start time, and somewhere to park the vehicle while we unload.
- One person we can contact on the day who knows where the robot should go and when it should start.
- For outdoor events, a covered area. These are electronic machines and they cannot work in rain or on soft ground.
Booking is confirmed once we have your date in writing. Dates are held on a first-come basis and weekends fill early in wedding season.
